For over nine years my focus was on the creative development and workflow process, building real-life solutions using process and/or creative technologies. I had worldwide oversight of both online and offline Studios and creative service functions. I am skilled at maintaining a passionate workforce - in both strategic and tactical environments - creating compelling results-driven, measured advertising and loyalty programs. Since leaving D I G I T A S in 2003, I have consulted in a senior-level capacity at various organizations, including the product and packaging ad agency for Office Depot, Lindt & Sprungli (USA), Sapient Corporation & Rapp Collins Worldwide. In addition to crafting integrated marketing campaigns, my work also included: optimizing agency operational and creative workflow; project management with critical paths dependencies often with numerous stakeholders (often with misaligned priorities or relationship sensitivities); implementing a digital asset management solution for partner artwork and digital assets; re-engineering the creative workflow process; building an innovative "creative agency" career growth development process philosophy to motivate and reward the workforce; crafting an integrated DTC, B2B, and POP/visual merchandising campaign; driving a multi-tiered, best-of-breed, photoshoot using internationally acclaimed director/photographer Peter Langone (; spearheading the launch of a national magazine and website re-launch using dynamic database publishing solutions; and implementing a measured-based advertising methodology for a client focusing on inbound call tracking, data capturing/data-mining and "subscriber" behavior analytics to build customized campaign centric, vehicle-identifying ROI reports.

Prior to my career with D I G I T A S (and continuing concurrently for several years thereafter) I dedicated my life to finding kidnapped and endangered children as a Recovery Specialist with the N.E.M.P.B. - a joint, inter-agency recovery task force. In 1990, I received a written commendation from William Sessions, Director of Federal Bureau of Investigation for my involvement in the successful recovery of Nicole Ann Ravisi, a 5-year-old kidnapped victim aducted from Milford, Massachusetts and located in East Point, Florida. Throughout my N.E.M.P.B. career, I was involved in over 200 cases nationwide and over 20+ high profile cases which earned me additional citations of merit. To that end, Republic Pictures piloted a movie about the N.E.M.P.B. following the highly profiled Melissa Benoit case, a 13-year-old girl murdered in Kingston, Massachusetts by the neighbor, and local town church deacon, Henry Meinholz. N.E.M.P.B., acting under the activation and authority of the FBI, was commended for strategically directed law enforcement and United States Coast Guard "infrared-IR-equipped" helicopter resources which prevent the abductor from disposing of the body and providing key evidence which eventually led to his capture and the recovery of her body. Today, I continue to be active in supporting the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, AMBER Alert, and the efforts of John Walsh (Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act). I am an active supporter and former volunteer of the American Red Cross, Disaster Services.

I believe my experience with the N.E.M.P.B. has adapted to working well under pressure, calming the anxiety of those I support, and being results-oriented. I am often the best self-critic and always about "excellent customer service", servicing both our external and internal clients. I excel at empowering a team of dedicated, talented, and skillful professionals who are recognized 5-star performers.
